Okay, the new changes are not really as they probably should be, but for our team, they turned out quite well. After the disastrous season 38, the team recovered quickly, with a stunning 1140 points as a result, which is the highest total of points we have ever got. Especially our Czech captain Bohdan Krejza profited of the new changes, now he finally was able to compete in hill races in Division 2. However, he probably took most of his advantage of our new team mates, all specialized in hill races.
Another peak performance in our season has been the second place of Alfons van Steensel in Perm Tour, where only Orsino Lamattina (Schiavi di Don) was stronger. The climbing squad was cut though, but with our next superstar Henk Houtman maxing, future is sure. Although he'll have to wait some seasons before competing...

Goals and Future Plans for Season 40:
In season 40, we will hopefully finally use the Top Form of our hiller captain Bohdan Krejza. The goal is to get him and the team in Cymru Taith in the best form possible. We are very curious to see how far he could come here. Besides, Quincy Dayhoff will be in Top Form during Lappi Sea GP, to have a shot at this classic.
Besides the goals in the hills, we will also try to get into Ainet - Bruggen, Volta ao Porto and Perm Tour (reserved spot) with Alfons van Steensel, in probably his last season where he could really shine due to the age fix. We will keep an eye out for new team mates for the mountains, although a nice talent would never be bad either.

Yeah, I noticed it just too late to make a goal of it. Indeed, next season I will try to, especially now he will be at his prime this season.
Well done! But I am glad that Krejza didnt steal the national champ jersey from Berka :-) Although he probably will next season...
